Description

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents who are registered to practice under license in the Province of Ontario, to provide architectural design and consulting services on an as-required and when-required basis, for various projects at Purchaser-owned and/or leased properties throughout the Windsor-Chatham Kent, Ontario region. This includes, but is not limited to:

Chatham Campus – 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, ON N7M 5W4
Downtown Windsor Campus
- St. Clair College Centre for the Arts – 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON N9A 5K4
- MediaPlex – 275 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 6Z8
- One Riverside – 1 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON N9A 5K3
- 333 Riverside – 333 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, ON N9A 7C5
- TD Student Success Centre – 305 Victoria Avenue, Windsor, ON N9A 4M7

The Purchaser will secure the assistance of the qualified Proponent(s) to provide architectural design and consulting services for projects of varying size, scope, budget and complexity, with services covering the entire project life cycle from concept through construction and occupancy.

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) listing for the purpose of providing the noted services. The Purchaser intends to qualify a minimum of three (3) Preferred Proponents; however, the Purchaser, at its sole discretion, may increase or decrease this number based on the number of qualified submissions, and the funding amount approved by the Purchaser’s Board of Governors for the fiscal year. No further notices of application for inclusion will be issued for the duration of the Agreement.
