Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Purchase of two (2) Genetec Streamvault appliances

The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to submit their Bids for the “Purchase two (2) new Genetec Streamvault appliances”. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.

The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the purchase of two (2) new Genetec Streamvault appliances.

To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.

It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the work within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of award. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.

Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
