Description

The University of Victoria (“UVic”) is seeking proposals from qualified architect-led consultant teams to plan, design, and oversee the renovation and upgrade to Suite 3161 located in Building 300 at the Vancouver Island Technology Park. The approximate 1,314 sqm suite will be fully renovated to accommodate the UBC Master Programs of Physical Therapy and Speech Language Pathology. This project will develop a preferred solution by utilising the findings in the feasibility study completed in August 2022 and bring it through full design and construction as specified in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”)
