The project bundle consists of three (3) projects, project name and brief descriptions is provided below,
refer to subsequent sections and OPR for further details:

.1 1087783-273234 Controls and Instrumentation – BAS Renewal: Provision of new Building
Automation System (BAS) including CBRE/ESI enterprise interface, sequencing in accordance with
ASHRAE Guideline 36, graphics, programming.

.2 1088190-273235 VAV Boxes Renewal: Replacement of terminal Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes
(estimated quantity – approximately 537 units), including thermostats, wiring, sequencing.

.3 1088206-273236 Zone Air Modifications: Replacement and/or modifications of ductwork
distribution as required to achieve adequate indoor air quality and conditions.

Documents will be released to proponents upon receipt of a signed NDA.
