The Village of Cumberland (the “Village”) invites responses to this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for landscape construction works and related improvements in the family area of Village Park
To supply, deliver, and install landscape improvement works as set out in the attached Village Park FAMILY ACCESS LAYOUT drawing 218-5, L-01, Revision D, dated July 25 2017 (the “Work”).
Primary deliverables include:
128.8 m2 of new concrete walkway connecting Dunsmuir Avenue to playground and spray park
62.9 m2 asphalt accessible parking stalls and adjacent 30.2 m2 concrete sidewalk
Installation of owner supplied accessible drinking water fountain, including water service connection and drain.
Installation of owner supplied accessible picnic table. (Contractor responsible for pick up of drinking fountain and picnic table from Village Public Works yard).
Installation of lawn basin and storm lead
Clean up, topsoil import and hydroseeding
Other demolitions, removals, and works as described in attached drawings.
