DESCRIPTION
This call for interest does not constitute a request for proposal or an invitation to bid, but rather an invitation to participate in a survey in the form of an interview. The sole purpose of this process is to gather information regarding the interest and capacity of companies to carry out the construction project of the Centre hospitalier affilié universitaire de l’Outaouais (CHAUO) in Gatineau, taking into account its specifications.
PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR INTEREST
The Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter referred to as "Société") has mandated Aviseo Conseil, a firm specialized in economics and strategy, to conduct a market survey of potential contractors and firms for the construction of the CHAUO in Gatineau.
The objective is to document the interest of the contractors for the project and their capacity to carry it out according to its specifications.
Participation in this survey in the form of an interview will not affect the ability of contractors to bid on the project. All opinions, perspectives, views, preferences and recommendations expressed in the survey will remain anonymous. Only aggregate results or anonymized responses will be presented in the report submitted to the Société. The reader will not be able to associate a response with a specific respondent.
This call for interest does not constitute a call for tenders or an invitation to bid.
No contract will be concluded as a result of this call for interest. Responding to this call for interest is not a prerequisite for entering into a contract or for being allowed to bid on a future request for proposal.
