Description

The objective of this Request for Proposals No. 2017-05 (the “RFP”) is to procure Fire Protection Systems Inspection & Testing for the Calgary Courts Centre property management portfolio of SNC-Lavalin Operations & Maintenance (“SNCL O&M”) in Calgary, Alberta Canada.

It is the intent of SNCL O&M to identify strategic partners and establish long-term relationships. Such partnerships play a central role in SNCL O&M’s continued growth and service delivery for our Clients.

SNCL O&M requires qualified suppliers (the “Proponent”) to provide services to the highest quality and reliability and in the most cost-effective manner. Along with these qualities, it is expected that the Proponent shall provide the services using qualified, trained personnel, along with leading edge technologies, techniques and processes in the market discipline, to the continuous benefit of the strategic partnership.

Event Note

Attendees are recommended to arrive early as there is a building perimeter screening, which is similar to airport screening. Please avoid bringing any weapons, cutlery, laser pointers, tools, etc. No cameras of any kind are to be used during the site visit.

Each Proponent is to provide the names of its proposed representatives (reps) by email (cccbids@snclavalinom.com) no later than two (2) days prior to the scheduled site visit. For reasons of security, no changes to the reps are permitted without prior approval of the RFP Authority.

No more than two (2) reps of each Proponent will be permitted per site. The designated SNCL O&M site visit authority shall have an attendance form, which is to be signed by the Proponent’s reps present. No allowances shall be made for late arrivals by proponents.

An SNCL O&M Reps will conduct the site visit. Any questions that arise during the site visit must be addressed to the RFP Authority who will respond in writing to all proponents.
