Bidders to obtain Electronic Bid Documents only through the Consultant. Bidders who have not obtained the Electronic Bid Documents through the Consultant may have its Bid disqualified by the Owner at its Sole discretion.

The Bid Documents will be issued by email transmission in response to the request for Bid Documents:

Bid Call Deadline: Revocable, General Contractor Bids for St. Joseph’s Care Group – Bethammi Nursing Home Sprinkler System Retrofit signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received at the office of RVI Group Ltd. C/O Cosimo Racco, P.Eng @ 120 N. Brodie St. Thunder Bay, ON P7C 3S3 no later than 4:00:00 P.M. (EDT) on Thursday March 7th, 2024INTENT

Intent of this Bid Call is to obtain an offer to perform work for Sprinkler System Retrofit at Bethammi Nursing Home in Thunder Bay, Ontario for a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.

The following is the schedule for the Bid Call:
1.Issue Date of Bid Call: Friday February 2nd, 2024
2.Mandatory Bidders Briefing: Thursday February 8th @ 11:00 A.M. (EDT) at St. Joseph’s Heritage 63 Carrie St. Thunder Bay, Ontario.
3.Deadline for Questions: Monday February 26th @ 4:00 P.M. (EDT)
4.Deadline for Issuing Addenda: Thursday February 29th@ 4:00 P.M. (EDT)
5.Bid Call Deadline: Thursday March 7th, 2024 @ 4:00:00 P.M. (EDT).

The Bid Call Schedule is tentative only and may be changed by the Owner in its sole discretion at any time prior to the Bid Call Deadline.
