Site Examination .1 Visit project site and surrounding area before submitting Bid. .2 A one- time mandatory site visit/site examination has been arranged for Bidders as follows: SJCG Health Centre (Front Entrance), 710 Victoria Ave. E Thunder Bay, ON, on Wednesday June 1st 2022 @ 10:00am EST. Contractors are to sign-in with the Consultant at the Main Lobby. .3 Visitors are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. By submitting a bid, the contractor acknowledges they have thoroughly examined the site and understand the working conditions, space constraints, as well as any other difficulties due to site conditions that may be encountered during the execution of the contract.
INTENT .1 Intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to remove existing rooftop heat pump air handling units & supply and install new rooftop air handling units for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with Contract Documents
