Site Examination .1 Visit project site and surrounding area before submitting Bid. .2 A one- time mandatory site visit/site examination has been arranged for Bidders as follows: SJCG Health Centre (Front Entrance), 710 Victoria Ave. E Thunder Bay, ON, on Wednesday June 1st 2022 @ 10:00am EST. Contractors are to sign-in with the Consultant at the Main Lobby. .3 Visitors are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
