The Sioux Lookout Regional Physician Services Incorporated (SLRPSI) is seeking to engage a Design-Build firm for the contruction of a new 8-unit housing complex intended for physician housing. Any contract(s) resulting from this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall include the provision of Design-Build services as outlined in this RFP, including but not limited to: architectural consulting services; mechanical, structural, electrical, civil, code and landscape engineering consulting services; project management as well as construction services.
