RFP 23-05 - RFP 23-05 Review of Organizational Model

The Vendor/Proponent will provide:
 

1. The vendor will recommend an optimal organizational structure for SMDHU that could be implemented within a 2-3 years’ timeframe. The proposed organizational structure should be based on leading practices in public health models in peer or comparable organizations. The chosen vendor will have access to an abbreviated current state analysis that was completed by the senior leadership of SMDHU during the winter of 2023. A more fulsome current state analysis may be required.

2. The vendor will include consultation with senior leadership, and members of the Board of Health in developing the optimal organizational structure. All proposals should include a detailed project plan outlining the specific approach to this project including timelines and milestones to reach the required deliverable. 

3. The vendor will be required to present their consultation findings/report and the optimal organizational structure to the Medical Officer of Health, senior leadership and possibly the Board of Health for review and discussion.
