Description

Please provide a quote for the interior painting of the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit office at 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst as per the specifications listed and in the attached drawing.

Painting to include 3 separate pods, approximately 7,200 sq. ft. of floor space; including all doors and frames; hallways and staff washroom as specified:

colours are to match current colors
work to include any patching of walls dents and small holes, before painting starts
paint products to be equal to or better than 100% Acrylic Satin Latex
all primers to be compatible to applied surfaces and to provide equal quality as paint product mentioned below
keeping the work environment clean, i.e. covering desks and equipment
clean up after painting completed
painting to be completed over weekends
painting to be completed by Monday December 3, 2018
