SERDC Health Services’ goal is to establish a robust tool (ie. a defined and structured data collection and program evaluation dashboard) which can be implemented across all programs and services in a manner which standardizes the data entry approach for all personnel and ensures the appropriate information is being collected, organized and displayed in a manner that is also consistent with and adheres to Canadian Accreditation Council 2023 Edition Process Manual and Standards.
