Description

Science North is undertaking an expansion of the underground facilities at Dynamic Earth (located in Sudbury, Ontario), known as the "Go Deeper" project. We require the services of a qualified engineering firm to undertake the engineering required to develop For Construction drawings, bill of materials, cost and schedule estimates, all permits and specifications for new underground excavations and associated services at Dynamic Earth.

The deliverables from this scope will form the basis of a future Request for Proposal for the excavation and construction of the facilities.

Proponents interested in submitting a proposal must attend a MANDATORY site tour on June 3, 2021. An individual tour will be arranged for each proponent in one of the following timeslots: 8:00 am, 9:30 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm, and 4:00 pm. For a proponent unable to attend on June 3rd, a site tour may be arranged for June 4, 2021, if required.
