Description

On behalf of Sault College, IDEA Inc. is pleased to invite General Contractors to provide a Stipulated Price Tender Submission for a new Student Housing facility to be located at the Sault College Campus in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

Information pertaining to the Tender call are found in the Front End Specifications in Volume 4 of the IFT package. Below is a brief introduction for your reference:

This project involves the construction of a new 89,000 square foot, six-storey, 240 bed Student Housing facility in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
A recommended site visit will take place on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 2:30PM-4:00PM.
This Tender will be received in two submission packages:
- Primary Tender Submission – June 27th 2024 2:00PM (14:00:00PM)
- Supplemental Tender Submission – June 27th 2024 4:00PM (16:00:00PM)
All tender inquiries shall be made by email through IDEA Inc ATTN: Catrina Pastore (cpastore@integrateddesign.ca)
IDEA will issue addenda to supplement the IFT or provide responses to inquires received during the tender period.
