The purpose of this RFP is to obtain proposals from Proponents for the supply and delivery of 72, 138 and 230 kV (each a nominal SaskPower voltage class) capacitive voltage transformers (each a “CVT”) into SaskPower inventory for use on new and existing facilities.
The successful Proponents will be required to enter into an Inventory Standing Supply and Related Services Agreement. The initial term of each Inventory Standing Supply and Related Services Agreement will be five (5) years from the agreement Effective Date. SaskPower, at its sole discretion, will have the option to renew the term of each Inventory Standing Supply and Related Services Agreement for optional three (3) and two (2) year terms.
