The purpose of this RFP is to establish a procurement program pursuant to which SaskPower would establish a list of contractors (the “Prequalification List”) with expertise, experience, adequate equipment and resources to provide the supply and installation of the Integrated Security Management Systems (SMS) that are Genetec based system, requiring licenses and services, throughout the entire province of Saskatchewan; urban and rural sites, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Services”).
As further outlined and subject to the provisions set forth in this RFP, proponents who have entered a Master Services Agreement and that are on the Prequalification List will be eligible to participate in future competitive procurement processes for the opportunity to perform Services in the Position for which such Prequalified list is engaged.
This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who qualify as a New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) Region Supplier.
