SaskPower intends to purchase one, complete and functioning, new and unused, portable, self-contained, flat deck-mounted fluid excavating unit for excavating drilling fluids and soil cuttings and exposing utility lines in a variety of soil conditions. SaskPower will provide the flat deck. The deck will be a part of hook-lift system installed on 2019 Freightliner M6 chassis; GWVR is 56,000 lb
