DescriptionA - Previous Amendment

It is SaskPower’s intent to enter into a contract for the replacement of two (2) generator excitation systems. The replacement excitation systems are for Shand Power Station Unit 1 and Boundary Dam Power Station Unit 6, both of which are located in Estevan SK. The excitation systems are to be supplied for separate outages which are occurring during the same calendar year (2020). The work would include the following:

Demolition design of the old Exciter(s)
Installation design of the new Exciter(s)
Supply of the new Exciter(s)

This RFP contains confidential and privileged information of SaskPower that are restricted from public disclosure. Proponents must submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement (One-Way Disclosure by SaskPower) to obtain all RFP documents on or before February 25, 2019. Completion and submission of the attached Confidentiality Agreement template will grant the proponent access to all RFP documents.

Event Note

There will be a Mandatory Site Meeting at Boundary Dam Power Station (BD6) at 10 a.m. CST and Shand Power Station at 1 p.m. CST on March 1, 2019. PPE required including CSA approved hi-vis clothing, safety glasses, hard hat and safety footwear.
