This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Enterprise Project & Portfolio Solution (EPPM) & Implementation Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).
SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.
SaskPower is seeking a qualified proponent to propose product/products and services for implementing an Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) solution. Evaluation is limited to one or a combination of products based on Microsoft, Oracle and/or SAP platforms based on end-user familiarity and existing technical fit of these manufactures’ solutions currently within our technical environments. SaskPower reserves the right to select either proposed solution or separate portfolio from project (and program) in its sole and absolute discretion.
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to gather responses from proponents that support one, or a combination of solutions, and offer professional services within the EPPM space. This RFP includes EPPM requirements, proponent’s capability to deliver services requested and pricing, including identification of alternatives and options that may be relevant to the delivery of an EPPM as described in this RFP.
