Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Design and Supply of Pumps and Modified Pump Impellers, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

This contract is to provide design, fabrication, inspection, testing, registering, packaging, guarantee, and delivery of various types of the pumps, and modified pump impellers as well as associated accessories for the upgrade of Thermal Reclaimer Unit at SaskPower’s Boundary Dam Power Station.

This RFP is available on MERX, and all amendments, addenda, clarifications, and further instructions will also be posted on MERX.

NOTE TO PROPONENTS:

Attachment 3- Reference Specifications contains confidential and privileged information of SaskPower that is restricted from public disclosure. Proponents must submit a signed Confidentiality Agreement in order to obtain this Attachment.

Completion and submission of the attached Confidentiality Agreement template (to be downloaded by the proponents from the MERX site) will grant the proponent access to the Attachment 3. Confidentiality Agreement (proponent signed copy) must be sent to SaskPower Procurement by email at: procurementinquiries@saskpower.com. Please reference inquiry# DF/135 on all email correspondences relating to the Confidentiality Agreement submission of this inquiry.
