Description

The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (“RFSO”) is to select a supplier to provide consulting and design and development services for Adult Education programs and training materials on an “as and when requested” basis.

Some of the services the RHRA may require include:

Consulting for matters related to the design and development of its educational materials;
Design and development of both instructional and self-directed learning materials; and
Learning Management System for hosting and usage tracking of educational materials such as e-Learning Modules.

The term of the agreement will be for a period of three (3) years commencing upon the execution of the agreement with an option in favour of the RHRA to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each.

It is anticipated that only one (1) supplier will be issued a Standing Offer.
