RFP-RHRA-095 - Request for Proposals for External Audit Services

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (“RHRA”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of external audit services.
The RHRA is a not-for-profit organization that follows Not-for-Profit Organization Accounting Standards, as per the CICA Handbook, using Part III – Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations for its financial statements. The RHRA currently uses Intuit Quickbooks Pro as its financial system to operate its general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions. The RHRA currently uses ADP for its Human Resources and payroll transactions. The Finance Department includes one accountant and one financial analyst, both of whom report to the Controller.
