RFP-RHRA-107 - Notice of Proposed Procurement for Regulatory Management Software Solution

The Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority (“RHRA”) expects to conduct an open Request for Proposals (“RFP”) in February 2020 for a commercial off-the-shelf (“COTS”) integrated software solution, as a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) model, to manage its regulatory business functions, including inspections, compliance, complaints management, enforcement & investigations, licensing and communications. Capability in the area of processing finance functions – or at a minimum, interfaces to other relevant, standard tools – is also a requirement. The RHRA expects that a largely off-the-shelf solution, with minimal or no customization, will be required to meet its needs.
