The best way to stay on top of your bidding goals is to get notified when new opportunities are published that match with the goods or services your business provides, which you can easily do on Merx. Once you register as a vendor, you’ll need to set up your matching category codes and keywords to see the most accurate tenders. At Merx, there are three different category classifications for you to choose from: our Merx Categories, GSIN Categories, and UNSPSC Categories. You’ll want to go into each of these and scroll through the list of category codes or search by keywords like “construction” or “landscaping” and select the ones that align the best with what your business provides. Once you’ve set this up, you’ll start receiving email notifications every time we find a bid opportunity that matches the codes you selected.
