MANDATORY PRE-SUBMISSION SITE VISIT
All interested parties are invited to attend a site visit at Renison University College on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 11:30am until 12:00pm. This will be the sole site visit for interested parties. The Bidder is responsible for ensuring they are aware of the conditions at the site, means of access, and the nature, quality and quantity of the required work.

Bidders shall deliver their completed Proposals in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Bidder’s company name and the RFP reference number. The Proposal package shall include one printed copy and one electronic copy on a USB memory stick.

Proposals must be received by the office of James Robson, Director of Plant Operations/Facilities, at Renison University College, 240 Westmount Rd. N., Waterloo, Ontario, on or before the following date and time (“Closing Time”):

Submissions by fax will not be accepted.
