Description

The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) and the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) are issuing individual invites for the submission of proposals from qualified fire dispatch providers for a new Regional Fire Dispatch Service provider(s) to replace the existing RDKB Fire Dispatch Centre in Trail, BC that currently provides dispatch services for fire departments in both regional districts. Individual RFPs have been issued by each regional district to clearly detail the different fire service and interconnection areas, as well as facilitate the separate approval and contract processes. Potential proponents are encouraged to propose a service that looks after both regional districts; however they must provide a separate proposal for one or both RFPs.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
