Description

The Regional District of Central Kootenay - Nelson and District Community Complex is seeking quotes for mat service at the facility. Do not rely on provided measurements, suggested that on site visit and measurements be performed by bidder(s).
It is anticipated that the term of the Service Agreement will be November 1, 2017 to Oct. 31, 2019.
The “Scope of Work” is as follows:
1) Provide weekly supply of clean carpets/mats and removal of soiled carpets/mats in the following location and quantity:

Main Entrance: 2 scraper mats measuring 3’ x 5’ outside main entrance double doors.
Main Entrance Vestibule: mats to cover floor space in vestibule between 2 sets of double doors. Area to be covered by mats measures approximately 6’ x 15’.
Main Lobby/Reception Area: 1 mat measuring 3’ x 10’ at the main desk and 1 mat measuring 3” x 6’ at the registration desk.
Fitness Centre: 1 mat measuring 3’ x 10’, 1 mat measuring 3’ x 5’ and 1 mat measuring 4’ x 6’ in the shoe removal area.

2) As stated above, it is suggested bidders visit the site to view current mats and their locations. The RDCK/NDCC will consider alternate mat options that clearly outline how similar coverage will be provided.
The RDCK is seeking Quotes for a Contract to supply the Services herein described on or before November 1, 2017.
