Legal Surveys-2019-07-24 - Legal Surveys for NLC Cottonwood Lake Land Purchase

The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is seeking quotes for a contract to Survey and Prepare a Reference Plan pursuant to Section 99(1)(h)(ii) of the Land Title Act. This survey is required to complete the NLC Cottonwood Lake land purchase by the RDCK. Appendix A - Site Plan represents the negotiated property to be acquired by the RDCK. The surveyor will be in substantial compliance with that area shown on Appendix A while also seeking to minimize monument placements and survey costs. There is no highway gazette or survey plan for the portion of Highway 6 adjacent to these properties.
