Description

Quinte Health is seeking to obtain proposals from companies to provide Project Management Services - for the PECMH Hospital Project and related works. The mandate for this RFP include but are not limited to the following positions;

Senior Project Manager (Responsible for leadership of the entire PECMH project)
Project Manager, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE)
ICAT Manager/Lead
Project Coordinator(s), Construction
Project Manager, Moves

The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of 5 years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional period of up to 12 months.

Proponents are required to send the following:

Submit the Receipt Confirmation Form acknowledging their intent to submit a proposal for the RFP CAP22-007-RFP03 for Project Management Services; and
Submit a completed Confidentiality, Information Access and Security Statement and emailing it to the attention of the RFP Coordinator.

Proponents submitting both the Receipt Confirmation Form and the Confidentiality, Information Access And Security Statement will be granted access to the RFP documents through MERX, as well be notified of any addendum issued to this RFP, which will be forwarded to the person whose name is identified.
