Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City has a requirement for rotary contour mowers in various sizes, configurations and end uses as outlined in the below schedules
• Schedule A – Rotary Contour Mower with Side Shifting Deck
• Schedule B – Rotary Contour Mower Width of cut greater than 3350 millimeters
• Schedule C – Rotary Contour Mower Width of cut between 2200 and 3350 millimeters
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Deliverables are included in three (3) schedule(s). The City intends to enter into up to three (3) Agreement(s) for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement(s) will be for a term of two (2) year(s). The Agreement(s) may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year(s) terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years.
