Description

Wheatland County invites bidders to submit bids for the following work:
1. Supply & Construct a new pre-engineered steel Fire Station located in Carseland, Alberta, for Wheatland County, as per the contract documents.
2. Placement and compaction of granular base within the footprint of the building and for a distance of 10'-0" outside the building. Wheatland County to provide the granular material.
3. Final compaction of all graveled surfaces on the site for approaches, parking lots and in gravel yards.
4. Provide asphalt paving as per the drawings.
5. Construct new concrete aprons, pads and sidewalks as per the drawings.
6. Provide electrical requirements from the main transformer.
7. Provide natural gas requirements from the new service line.
8. Install site servicing including new sanitary and water, as per the drawings.
9. Provide landscaping, grass seeding, and fencing as per the drawings.
