Description

This Request for Proposals is issued by BC Hydro to obtain Proposals from parties wishing to provide the following work "Strategic Review - Insurance Program".

This work will have two parts.

Part A - Strategic review of property and casualty lines of coverage.

Part B - Strategic review of D&O, fiduciary, employment practices liability, crime, and cyber policies. (Part B is optional at BC Hydro's discretion).

The Contract is expected to be for an initial term of (1) years, which may be extended for up to (0) year(s) through one or more contract extensions, for a potential total term of (1) years.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
