COPPOA and APAS are seeking a consultant to undertake a governance and operations review of ApplyAlberta, the online application and transcript transfer system that anyone can use to apply to undergraduate programs at one or more of Alberta's post-secondary institutions, and make recommendations how the governance and service outcomes could be improved.

The goals of this project include:
1. The primary goal is to explore possible new ways Alberta PSIs as a system, can maximize the recruitment-application-admission process
2. Streamline and align the governance system for APAS with the governance model used by COPPOA
3. Improve the application system to support growth in enrollment for both domestic and international students
4. Improve operational practices to optimize revenue and contain expenditures
5. Increase the reporting functions of the system to meet the (current and future) needs of institutions and support their ability to meet government of Alberta reporting requirements
