Notice is hereby given by the BC Liquor Distribution Branch of its intent to direct award the following products and services to Fujitsu Canada Inc.:

1) Support Service for TP7 products for liquor stores To be carried out by: Fujitsu Canada Inc. 155 University Avenue, Suite 1600 Toronto, Ontario M5H 3B7, Canada The contract will not exceed a value of $500,000 for the support service. The BC Liquor Distribution Branch has chosen not to tender this contract for the following reasons: • The Support service for TP7 products is provided solely by Fujitsu Canada Inc.

Vendors wishing to object to this decision should email a letter of objection by 2:00 p.m. on July 31, 2020 to:

In the letter vendors should present specific reasons for their objection. Vendor qualification and ability to provide the same product/level of work/service at a lower cost within the required time frame will be the key criteria with regard to the consideration of vendor objections.
