Description

Work of this Contract comprises the following:

.1 General Work:
i. Mobilization and demobilization

.2 Phase 1: Community Hall Parking Lot Approximately 5,900 SQM
i. Contractor will lay out the parking as per drawings
ii. Remove and dispose off site all organics and trees
iii. Earthwork, cut, fill, gravel supply, compaction
iv. Supply, place and compact 20mm crush gravel.
v. Shape and grade base
vi. Gravel parking to be demarcated
vii. Signage installation
viii. Lighting and electrical supply, Lighting meeting dark sky standards
ix. Parking curbs, decorative rocks and landscaping
x. Ditch excavation and culvert installation

.3 Phase 2: Community Hall Parking Lot Approximately 7,335 SQM
i. Boat launch upgrades
ii. Remove and dispose off site all organics and trees
iii. Earthwork, cut, fill, gravel supply, compaction
iv. Supply, place and compact 20mm crush gravel.
v. Shape and grade base
vi. Add boat and car parking (gravel, demarcated)
vii. Signage installation
viii. Parking curbs, decorative rocks and landscaping
ix. Ditch excavation and culvert installation
