PHSA 03475 - Real Time Patient Experience Survey and Releasing Time to Care

Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (the "FHA"), through its agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to directly award a Contract to Crede Technologies Inc. to provide support and maintenance services for the Real Time Patient Experience Survey and Releasing Time to Care software for a term of three (3) years at an estimated value of $117,690 CDN, including taxes.

Crede Technologies Inc. Suite 400, 601 West Broadway Vancouver, British Columbia V6Z 4C2 In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for Fraser Health Authority, has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process  because the support services  for the software can only be supplied by the supplier. The Real Time Patient Experience Survey and the Releasing Time to Care is custom software developed through a partnership between FHA and Creed Technologies Inc. Crede Technologies owns the copyright and provides software licenses and support and maintenance services to FHA.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Jeff Thom, by email  before 14:00 Pacific Time, July 27, 2020.
