Description

To establish an Agency of Record (AOR) for Regulatory, Statutory and Tender Notices and Recruitment Advertising Services as required by Ontario Government Ministries and Agencies.

Regulatory, statutory and tender notices provide information to all affected and interested parties throughout the province. They are typically scheduled with short lead times, resulting in media placement, creative production and material distribution being executed under extremely tight and inflexible deadlines. Most notices are placed in print and digital media formats.

The AOR works with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services on Ministry recruitment advertising campaigns. Government Agency organizations work individually and directly with the AOR on their recruitment advertising needs. Media selection is digital, print and occasionally radio.
Scope of Work
The selected bidder will plan and purchase all required media and produce creative materials utilizing branded template formats that conform to prescribed Government of Ontario visual identity guidelines. The assignment many include English, French, Indigenous and multicultural placements.
