The work to be undertaken under the Contract involves but not limited to all construction services to develop a multi-lot industrial lot subdivision in Southeast Industrial. Work to be undertaken generally includes earthworks, site preparation, deep utilities, roadworks, shallow utilities, stormwater management facility, erosion and sedimentation control, and landscaping.
