NOTICE OF INTENT (NOI) CLINICAL MONITORING RESEARCH STUDY. 2019010444

This is to inform you that The University of British Columbia (" UBC") intends to enter in a purchase agreement for Clinical Research Study with Emmes.

Vendor will provide clinical site monitoring for the study entitled Clinical Phase II/III Trial of Ustekinumab to treat Type 2 Diabetes (UST1D2).

Period of performance: 15 May 2020 - 15 May 2023 (tentative)

Clinical Sites: 2 in Canada (additional sites will incur additional costs)

Services Required:
· Clinical Operations Oversight and Clinical Site Monitoring
· Biostatistics and statistical programming
· Data Monitoring Committee administration
· Clinic payments, site contract management or per-patient costs
· Data Collection and Management
· Trial Master File support
· Safety Management or Pharmacovigilance Services

Note: Proponents cannot submit their Statement of Capability if they fail to confirm their Intent to Bid by the stated due date.
