Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation (the “OCRC”) to prospective respondents to submit a proposal for the provision of Managed Service Desk and Optional Managed Print Services as further described in Section 1.2 “Service Requirements”.

The OCRC is initiating this RFP to identify one successful respondent to provide Managed Service Desk services with Optional Print Services as described in this RFP, and in compliance with current local, provincial and federal regulatory requirements. OCRC’s intention is to award the entire RFP to one successful respondent.
Scope of Work
The purpose of this RFP to identify one successful respondent with experience in IT Service Management framework to provide Managed Service Desk and Optional Managed Print Services (the “Services”) as described in this RFP. The successful respondent shall be onsite to provide the Services to OCRC’s corporate head office. Successful respondent will fully utilize all current OCRC ServiceNow modules and any other modules that may be utilized by OCRC in the future.

Successful respondent shall provide to OCRC, the services and products as outlined within the following Sections:

Part 1: Managed Service Desk
i. Managed Services (Section 1.2.3)
ii. Hardware (Section 1.2.4)
iii. Software (Section 1.2.5)

Part 2: Optional Managed Print Services (Section 1.2.6)
