College@ESDC is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to provide suppliers with an opportunity to learn more about ESDC’s new LMS requirements regarding security and reporting, as well as requirements arising as a result of the new Accessibility Act (Bill C-81). This RFI will also gauge the interest in potential suppliers to participate in follow-up industry engagement activities in the spring of 2020. Should ESDC move forward with an industry engagement phase, supplier will be required to sign an industry engagement form which may include a non-disclosure component.

These efforts are intended to gain a better understanding of the LMS’s available in the market that would contribute to improving the ability of the College@ESDC to develop and manage training including operational, corporate and mandatory training distributed through online classes, instructor-led classes, and self-directed training. This RFI could also include the participation of other government organizations and help inform them of requirements for their respective LMS in context of the Accessibility Act (Bill C-81) in a future LMS solicitation process.
