Description

Sherring Business and Industrial Park provides serviced industrial land for continued commercial and industrial growth opportunities in Lethbridge. The development includes major sports complex, commercial area and an integrated pathway system. In 2019, the new Cavendish Road (44th Avenue North) was constructed which runs adjacent to the new Cavendish Farms building. Landscaping and irrigating of the new medians and boulevard are the main components to this project, along with finish grading, seeding and hydromulching along 43rd Street North between Cavendish Road and Giffen Road.
