Description

This RFSQ is issued by BC Hydro to obtain proposals from parties wishing to pre-qualify as potential respondents to meet its ongoing requirements for Quantitative and Qualitative Analytical Research Services. The general scope of services includes, but is not limited to, undertaking end-to-end research studies that include some or all of the following elements: strategy consultation, project management, questionnaire design, data collection, analysis through to reporting and evaluation. The categories for this RFSQ are Quantitative Analytical Research Services and Qualitative Analytical Research Services. Respondents may bid on one or both of the categories listed above. BC Hydro intends to pre-qualify multiple vendors per competency area. Entering into an Agreement with BC Hydro pursuant to this RFSQ process does not oblige BC Hydro to issue any, or a minimum amount of Work, to each Respondent. The project work will primarily be performed at Consultant's offices.

The Agreement term will be three (3) years from the award of the Agreement. There are no renewal options.

This procurement may involve negotiation.

This opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
All responses should be in English.
