AQ 19/19 - HVAC Cleaning for Saanich Facilities

Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the labour, materials and equipment to provide cleaning services to the HVAC system at Saanich Commonwealth Place ("SCP"), 4636 Elk Lake Drive, Victoria, BC. Work to include the coordination and sequencing between trades including but not limited to, inspections, equipment isolations, subsequent cleaning of residual debris outside of ducting.

The successful Contractor will be required to be in good standing with National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA).

In addition, other facility HVAC cleaning services of similar scale may be required. The successful Contractor would be expected to perform similar general cleaning services and support the coordination and sequencing of work between trades. Services may be required at any of the following facilities: Saanich Public Safety Building, Pearkes Recreation Center, Gordon Head Recreation Center, Cedar Hill Recreation Center, Saanich Municipal Hall, Cedar Hill Golf Course, 3500 Blanshard, Nellie McClung Library, Les Passmore.

The term of the contract will be for two years from December 15, 2019 to December 31, 2021 with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms by mutual agreement.

Mandatory Site Visit: November 19, 2019 at 3:00 P.M.
