The Work to be undertaken in this contract generally involves but is not limited to:

- Mill and Overly of Mountain Avenue from Ray McBride Street to the Hwy 1 Onramp
- Install Town supplied pre-cast concrete separators to establish a walking and cycling
facility
- Paint, signage, and landscaping works to enhance the above
- Use of asphalt millings from Mountain Ave to enhance the pathway on the NE side of
the CPR corridor from 17 St to Railway Ave
- Miscellaneous streets and drainage enhancements in the Town of Canmore
