Description

The Work consists of both Parking Lots, Trails And Public Utility Lot (PUL) Improvements.

Parking Lot work includes reconstruction of existing surfaces, spot concrete replacement and an asphalt overlay of approximately 9,500 m2 of work.

Trail work includes the removal of deficient asphalt and repaving of approximately 320 m of existing trails.

The PUL work will consist of removing the existing concrete sidewalk, and replacing it with new 1.5-2.0m sidewalk.

Bus pad construction includes removal of conflicting concrete for new proposed bus pad locations and constructing approximately 265 m2 of new concrete bus pads.

Pavement markings and Landscaping will be complete by another contractor.
