Description

The intent of this tender call is to solicit and receive formal offers to construct thefollowing:
Work to renovate the existing HVAC system in the existing City of Cold Lake Building.
Demolition will consist of removal of interior and exterior ductwork and equipment, as well as interior selective demolition of block walls to accommodate new ductwork. Demolition of the existing flat roof area down to the fibreboard is also required over the secure area.
Construction of new interior ceilings, compound area and landscaping work, and steel stand for the new HVAC unit (exterior of building), and new roof over the area
undergoing mechanical renovation.
