20TDROIN813 - Dickson Dam Reservoir Grounds Maintenance

Regular seasonal removal of debris from the reservoir, shore line and safety boom are required to reduce both operational and public safety risk, from Reservoirs and Lakes, primarily at Dickson Dam.
This may include the removal of any type of floating or sunken debris that may accumulate in front of, in, on or around weirs, safety booms, shorelines and water surfaces.

These activities may need to be completed by boat, machinery or hand.
b) Embankment erosion control. This may include tree removal, earth work, hauling, aggregate and rip rap placement.
c) Relocate and crop debris piles.
d) Coordinate and burn debris piles. Obtain burn permits.
e) Haul and or spread dirt and gravel.
f) Re-grade surfaces.
g) Tree and shrub cutting/ Mulching.
h) Large area mowing.
i) Hand mowing, hand trimming, pruning/tree trimming.
j) Vegetation control; licenced chemical application.
k) Cultivating.
l) Snow clearing.
m) Provide project estimates and availability.
n) Provide personnel and all equipment necessary to complete any or all of the fore mentioned activities.
o) Provide emergency service support. Contact information is required for 24/7 support for the duration of the contract.
p) Provide reports and recommendations.
q) Fence, gate and post repairs/installation.
